The Concept & the Experience
What makes Frisj mints different from regular mints?
Everything! A traditional mints on a saucer is boring and often gets forgotten. Frisj turns the “awkward” moment of paying the bill into a cheerful, interactive finale. Your guests receive a sturdy wooden check presenter topped with a giant mints tablet (a whopping 55 mm wide and 18 grams heavy!). Using the included little hammer, guests smash the mint themselves at the table and then share it together. It’s the perfect icebreaker and an unforgettable final touch to your hospitality.
How does Frisj help me get more online reviews?
The wooden check presenter are equipped with a smart, crystal-clear QR code. Since guests are already in a cheerful and surprised mood thanks to the interactive “mints moment,” the barrier to leaving a review is extremely low. As soon as they scan the QR code, they’re immediately redirected to your Google Reviews page or thank-you page. The result? A significant boost in your online reviews—and, as a result, more new guests at your business!
Ordering, Personalization & Delivery
What is the delivery time for the products?
That depends on your choice! We ship our original large Frisj mints tablets (150 per box) quickly from stock. If you choose a personalized or Full Experience check presenterwhere we engrave your own logo or QR code into the wood? Then we’ll get right to work on your custom order. The delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks after we’ve received and approved your logo in the correct file format (.EPS, .SVG, or .AI).
How should I submit my logo for engraving?
To ensure that your logo is engraved with razor-sharp clarity on the wooden planks, we would like to receive the logo as a vector file. This means an .EPS, .SVG, or .AI file. Don’t have one on hand right now? Just ask your graphic designer or marketing agency—they’ll have it ready for you in no time!
Costs
How much does Frisj mints cost per place setting?
Surprisingly few! A box of original large Frisj tablets contains 150 pieces and costs €33.50. Since guests share the mints with each other at the table, one tablet is more than enough for a group (an average of 4 guests). So one box will serve about 600 guests. That works out to about 5.5 cents per place setting. That’s virtually the same as the price of a standard wrapped mints —but with the unique experience and the extra online reviews!
Can I try it out first in my own business?
Absolutely! We understand that you’d prefer to see your guests’ reactions with your own eyes first. That’s why you can request a free sample package through our website. This package includes a check presenter with a hammer and clamp, individual mints, and clear product flyers. This way, you can see for yourself if the Frisj experience is a good fit for your business. If you decide not to use it after all, just send the rack back to us.
Maintenance
Is the board to clean?
Yes! Use a stiff brush to keep the board . For a more thorough cleaning, you can use a damp cloth. Make sure the metal clamp and hammer don’t get wet, and dry the board after cleaning. board put the board in the dishwasher.
Maintenance Instructions
Daily cleaning: Use a stiff brush to remove the mints residue.
Regular cleaning: Wipe down the board the metal parts with a slightly damp cloth. Dry everything thoroughly immediately afterward (e.g., with a Tork roll) to prevent rust from forming on the metal.
Thorough cleaning: Use mild soapy water on the surface where the mints is placed. Dry it completely right away. Make sure no water gets under the clamp. The board should never be placed in the dishwasher or left soaking in water for long periods of time.
Care for Dull Wood: Is the wood looking dull? First board clean and dry the board thoroughly. Then treat the wood with raw tung oil or order the Frisj maintenance kit for optimal results.
