Daily cleaning: Use a stiff brush to remove any residue from the mints .

Regular cleaning: Wipe down the board and the metal parts with a slightly damp cloth. Dry everything thoroughly immediately afterward (e.g., with a Tork roll) to prevent rust from forming on the metal.

Thorough cleaning: Use the Frisj plank cleaner on the surface where the mints is placed and on the clamp. Dry everything thoroughly immediately afterward (e.g., with a Tork roll). 

Care for Dull Wood: Is the wood looking dull? First, thoroughly clean and dry the board . Then treat the wood with raw tung oil, or order the Frisj maintenance kit for optimal results.

Important: The board must never be placed in the dishwasher or left soaking in water for an extended period of time!

Ingredients:
Ethanol 80% · isopropyl alcohol 2.5–5% · water.
Colorless, odorless, and without residue.
